Terms and Conditions – 855win Pakistan Platform Rules

1Eligibility

To use the 855win platform you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be using the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be excluded or self-excluded from any gambling platform currently.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

855win does not permit access to its platform by individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances. If we have reason to believe that a user is underage, the account will be suspended immediately and any funds held pending a full review. We actively encourage parents and guardians to use parental control tools to prevent minors from accessing gambling sites.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their own use of the platform is lawful given their personal circumstances. 855win makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available in every jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself on this point.

2Account Registration and Management

Creating Your Account

To place bets or play games on 855win, you need a registered account. Registration is free. You will be asked to provide a valid mobile number, create a password and confirm that you are 18 or older. All information provided at registration must be accurate and kept up to date.

One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold one active account on the 855win platform. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — sharing a device, payment method, IP address or personal information — 855win reserves the right to close the duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from those accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact 855win support immediately. You are responsible for all activity on your account until the point at which you report a security breach to us.

Verification

855win may request documentation to verify your identity, age or payment methods at any time. This may include a copy of a national ID card, CNIC, or a screenshot showing ownership of a JazzCash or Easypaisa account. Withdrawal requests may be held until verification is complete. This process is standard and protects both the player and the platform from fraudulent activity.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods

855win supports deposits and withdrawals in PKR through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and standard bank cards where supported. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 50. Specific minimum and maximum limits for each payment method are displayed in the Deposit section of the platform.

Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your account balance within a few seconds to a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending bank. 855win does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the payment method used for the original deposit, where possible. Processing times vary by method — mobile wallet withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days. 855win reserves the right to request verification documents before processing a withdrawal.

Prohibited Transactions

The 855win platform is not a financial service. Deposits made with no intention to place bets, or systematic depositing and withdrawing without significant gaming activity, may be considered suspicious and reviewed. Funds associated with fraudulent transactions, chargebacks or money laundering will be frozen and reported as required.

4Sports Betting Rules

Placing Bets

All bets placed on the 855win sportsbook are binding once confirmed. The bet confirmation screen shows your stake in PKR, the selected odds and the potential return — review these carefully before confirming. Once a bet is submitted and confirmed, it cannot be edited or cancelled.

Odds and Markets

Odds are displayed in decimal format by default and may change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time of confirmation are the odds applied to your bet. Live in-play odds update continuously during events — the odds accepted are those at the moment your bet is processed, which may differ slightly from the odds displayed when you initiated the bet slip.

Settlement

Bets are settled according to the official result from the relevant governing body. For cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and ODIs — results are taken from official scorecards. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs or postponed, settlement rules specific to that market apply and are outlined in the market descriptions within the sportsbook section.

Void Bets

A bet may be voided if there was an obvious pricing error, if the event is cancelled without a result being declared, or if the bet was placed after the event had already begun on a market not designated as in-play. Voided bets have the stake returned to the player's account balance.

Maximum Payouts

Maximum payout limits apply per event and per player. These limits are outlined in the relevant market rules. If a winning bet exceeds the maximum payout limit for a given market, the payout will be capped at the stated maximum.

5Bonuses and Promotions

855win offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including qualifying deposit amounts, wagering requirements, time limits and eligible games or markets. These terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of the overall Terms and Conditions.

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to your account balance and may be restricted from use on certain game types or markets — check the specific promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly — will result in all bonuses being voided and the accounts being closed.
• 855win reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn, bets already placed under that promotion will be honoured at the terms stated at the time of placement.

6Casino, Slots and Fish Games

The casino section of 855win includes live dealer games, slots and fish game tables. All games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or live dealer environments from licensed game providers. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are set by the game provider and are not modified by 855win.

Casino games are for entertainment only in the context of your personal budget. All wins and losses in casino games are final once the game round has been completed. 855win does not accept claims related to internet disconnection or device malfunction that occurs mid-round — if a game round is interrupted, the round outcome is determined and stored server-side and will reflect accurately when the session resumes.

Minimum and maximum bet limits for casino games are displayed within each game interface. Live casino table limits may vary depending on the specific table and time of day, as managed by the game provider.

7Responsible Gaming

8User Conduct

All users of the 855win platform are expected to behave in a lawful and respectful manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Cheating, match-fixing or attempting to manipulate the outcome of any event or game.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, mispriced odds or software bugs for financial gain.
• Using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Sharing account access with another individual or using an account on behalf of someone else.
• Abusing promotional offers through multiple accounts or coordinated activity.

Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately. Funds on such accounts may be withheld pending investigation, and 855win reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

9Account Suspension and Termination

855win may suspend or close an account at its discretion. Reasons include — but are not limited to — breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, confirmed underage use, failure to complete verification or extended inactivity. Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any balance associated with the account may be forfeited depending on the circumstances of the breach.

Players may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting 855win support. On closure, any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to the registered payment method after standard verification checks are completed.

10Limitation of Liability

855win provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and system stability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occasionally affect access.

855win is not liable for losses arising from reliance on incorrect odds or information displayed due to a technical error, provided that such errors are corrected as soon as reasonably possible. We are not responsible for losses caused by a player's own internet connection failures, device issues or local network conditions.

Our liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the balance held in their registered account at the time of any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive losses.

11Changes to These Terms

855win reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after terms have been updated constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify active users through an in-platform notification or on the main page.

If you disagree with any changes to the Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
